Introduction to Project Management
Description
In this course, students will explore the foundational principles of project management, focusing on both traditional and agile methodologies. The course will cover traditional project management techniques, such as the Waterfall model, as well as agile project management approaches, with a particular emphasis on Scrum and Kanban. Students will gain practical knowledge of how project management is implemented in software development and organizational contexts, and how these practices can vary between traditional and iterative agile approaches. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with the skills to effectively manage projects and adapt their strategies to suit different project environments.
